Yesterday being a saturday, I had to attended a course conducted and organized by the department. Well i was thinking to myself that it should be some " fine tune" the teachers in order to share some important last minute tips for the coming public exam. Well oh boy was i wrong about the whole thing. The sharing of the course was about our roots. The speaker was a Mr. Sam who is the author of English Essential and a great speaker as well as motivator.
At first I had my own doubts about the whole programmer but this was prove to me wrong by Mr Sam. Well he was really good at sharing his thoughts and experiences. He manage to keep me awake for the whole three hour slot with various activities. I really liked when he asked thought provoking question which was addressed to the audience. I mean here is a man who has " seen it all and done it all" eager to share his experiences in life with all. Another part of his presentation which i felt was really good was that, he manage to reveal to us that the indians were very capable lot of people through his facts and figures. He also said that in his presentation how history and ancient civilization from india were involved in creating so many things which we are using now in the present time.
He highlighted the men behind the successful stories and how wonderful was his manner in which he "focused" on them. That really inspired me . He took past famous indians and present day indians and reminded us of their contribution towards the world and also Malaysia.
It was a remarkable experience and i am really thankful to have attended this course and hope to get his help to inspire my pupils in the future.
Well sometimes people who enter in your life do so for a reason, to teach you sometime and to embark their knowledge to you or just to inspire you further,.well Mr. Sam you really did a good job !
inspire someone today !
My journey are stories and experiences which I would like to leave behind once i am gone.... .
